She joined Mockingbird Management, LLC in 2006, bringing with her a wealth of experience and expertise. Before transitioning to Affordable Housing, Debora spent eight years in Conventional Property Management, during which she earned the R.A.M. (Registered Apartment Manager) certification, further enhancing her skills and knowledge in the field.
Throughout her career, Debora has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and innovation in property management. Her dedication was recognized when she received the Family Rental Housing Site Manager of the Year award in July 2014, a testament to her outstanding contributions and leadership in the industry.
