Candice George
President
Candice George is from Belton, TX and has been working with Mockingbird Management, LLC since 2002. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from UMHB, and is currently pursuing her CMA.
She has a Real Estate license and is pursing her Real Estate Broker license (May 2025) from the Texas Real Estate Commission. Additionally, she is a board member of the Rural Rental Housing Association (RRHA).
She has been recognized for her outstanding service and has received numerous awards from industry groups. Her expertise in the field has also led her to be a sought-after speaker at conferences and events.

Alison Hunsicker
Designated Broker
Alison Hunsicker is a Dallas native. She is a graduate of the University of Texas and has an MBA from the University of Dallas. She holds a Real Estate Broker license from the Texas Real Estate Commission and the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association.
She is on her local Zoning Commission, serves on the Board of Directors for Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas as well as several other non profit Boards. She is the past President and is a current member of the Rural Rental Housing Association (RRHA).
HISTORY
Mockingbird, formally Hunsicker Management, was founded in 1984, and become Mockingbird Management in 2009. Mockingbird was acquired by Candice George mid-2022.
